My name is Harley Rider (yes, that's my real name). I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and I have spent all of my life in or around Ann Arbor, except for a couple of years that Uncle Sam had me in Gulfport Miss. and sunny South Vietnam with the SeaBees.
I married my high school sweetheart, Vita (formerly Vita Fileccia) back in 1968 and we produced two offspring. They, in turn, have each produced two kids, giving us four grandchildren. (More about them later - maybe.)
I have been in Law Enforcement since 1974 spending one career in county law enforcement and I am now winding down my second career.
